How to Submit a Request
Email info@mashantech.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line “Account Data Deletion Request” and include the product name and account email. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

2. Verify
We may confirm your identity and request scope.
3. Process
Eligible account data will be deleted or anonymized.
What the Request Covers
A verified request may cover your account profile, stored preferences, connected social platform information held by us, saved content and workflows, and other personal data associated with your account, subject to valid retention requirements.
Identity Verification
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and authority over the account. We will not ask for your password.
Connected Platforms
Deleting your Mas Han Tech account does not automatically delete information held independently by a connected social platform. You may need to remove the application connection or submit a separate request directly to that platform.
Data We May Retain
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records, legal compliance, or enforcement of agreements. Where appropriate, data may be anonymized instead of retained in identifiable form.
Confirmation
After an eligible request is completed, we will provide confirmation through the contact method associated with the request.
