1. General
Mas Han Tech provides digital software and software licenses, including Mas Han Social Auto Machine, with license durations of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. No recurring subscription is currently offered. Refund requests are handled according to the applicable payment provider's refund process and applicable law.
2. Purchases Processed Through Paddle
For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and Paddle's applicable refund policy applies. Refund requests may be submitted through the applicable Paddle customer or support process. Refund approval is subject to Paddle's policy and applicable law, and we cannot promise that every refund request will be approved. Your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
3. Purchases Processed Through Midtrans
For purchases processed through Midtrans, refund requests are handled through the applicable Mas Han Tech and payment-provider process. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Applicable legal consumer rights remain preserved.
4. Digital Software and License Access
After successful payment, you may receive access to the purchased software or license. If a refund is approved, Mas Han Tech may suspend or terminate access to the affected product or license where permitted by applicable law and the applicable provider rules.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact info@mashantech.com and provide your full name, the email used for the purchase, the product or license purchased, the payment or order reference, the purchase date, and the reason for the refund request.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Where appropriate, we encourage you to contact Mas Han Tech or the applicable payment provider before initiating a payment dispute, so the matter can be reviewed and resolved more quickly. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory legal consumer rights.
7. EU, EEA, and UK Consumers
If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply under applicable law remain fully preserved.
8. Refunds and License Status
A refund does not automatically trigger license cancellation through our payment system. License access may nevertheless be suspended or terminated when a refund is approved, where legally and contractually appropriate.
